RENTAL CONDITIONS:
All drivers must hold a full current driving licence and be at least 26 years old. The car has fully comprehensive insurance with an excess of 400. Renters must choose either to pay 6 per day to cover this damage waiver insurance or to allow us to use the villa deposit of 400 if necessary. Our car manager will meet you at the airport with the car and drive you to your villa (if he fits in the car!). If your party is large and your luggage will not fit into the car, he will bring his own car as well. The cost of this service for both journeys is 60 (to villas in Buena Vista) and 90 (to villa Eagles Nest in Riviera del Sol) payable to us in advance. Mileage is unlimited. The car will be delivered clean but not full of petrol and must be returned in the same condition at the end of your rental period. The car will be cleaned by us, but any excessive dirt (e.g. chocolate or yoghurt stains) will incur a cleaning charge. Please note that the main driver will be liable for any speeding or parking offences which might arise after the rental period. In this case, if necessary, your details and car booking form will be passed to the Spanish authorities. |
