Booking Procedure
To secure your booking, please send us the completed booking form by email and post with your deposit payment (if paying by cheque). You can also pay by bank transfer in GBP to our bank in the UK or in Euros to our bank in Spain or by PayPal (4% charge). |

Extra Costs (deducted from your Deposit Refund)
Electricity: We give an allowance of 100kW per week for normal electricity usage and anything above this is charged at 20 cents per kW to cover the cost of using the air conditioning and to prevent people leaving it on all the time! Please make sure you read the electricity meter with our Manager on start and finish of your holiday.
Telephone Calls: We can check the calls made after your departure. |

GUEST BOOK COMMENTS: Just to let you know that we all arrived home yesterday safe and sound after our most enjoyable and excellent holiday at Casa Pepe. We all had a brilliant two weeks, I would say our best holiday in many years. I have to say a big thank you to Jose Antonio and his wife for the warm and friendly greeting and making sure that we had all we needed, also to Brian who made sure the pool was in first class order during our stay. I hope that we left the villa to your complete satisfaction. Can I take this opportunity to thank you both for all the care taken with the booking and the super communication throughout. Cancellation Charges
If you have to cancel your holiday before having paid the full amount (8 weeks beforehand), we will refund your deposit less an administration charge of €40 IF we are able to re-book the same week/s.
If you have paid in full, the cancellation charges are as follows:
4 - 8 weeks: 50% of rate refunded 2 - 4 weeks: 25% of rate refunded less than 2 weeks: no refund
UNLESS we are able to re-book the villa any time up to the holiday, in which case we will refund your full payment plus deposit (less the administration charge of €40). |
