Booking Procedure

To secure your booking, please send us the completed booking form by email and post with your deposit payment.

You can also pay by cheque or bank transfer:

in GBP to our bank in the UK,

in Euros to our bank in Spain, or by PayPal (4% surcharge).

Text Box: Rental Rates for 6 people per week in Euros Deposit of 10% (minimum €400) required to secure booking. Full amount required 8 weeks before holiday. Deposit then becomes a damages deposit which will be refunded one week after holiday less costs for electricity and telephone. (we also accept payment in Pounds Sterling at the exchange rate listed at www.xe.com)

Extra Costs (deducted from your Deposit Refund)

Electricity: We give an allowance of 100kW per week for normal electricity usage and anything above this is charged at 20 cents per kW to cover the cost of using the air conditioning and to prevent people leaving it on all the time! Please make sure you read the electricity meter with our Manager on start and finish of your holiday.

Telephone Calls: We can check the calls made after your departure.

Just to let you know that we all arrived home yesterday safe and sound after our most enjoyable and excellent holiday at Casa Pepe. We all had a brilliant two weeks, I would say our best holiday in many years. I have to say a big thank you to Jose Antonio and his wife for the warm and friendly greeting and making sure that we had all we needed, also to Brian who made sure the pool was in first class order during our stay. I hope that we left the villa to your complete satisfaction. Can I take this opportunity to thank you both for all the care taken with the booking and the super communication throughout. We may well wish to book again for next year.

My family and I (5 adults) stayed at Casa Pepe in September 2009 and I can honestly say it was just lovely!! Casa Pepe is a beautiful villa up on the hillside with the most beautiful views (you can climb the stairs to the roof terrace and sit and watch the sun go down and on some days you can even see the mountains of Africa!) and it is nearby to the beautiful white town of Mijas or the lovely beaches of Fuengirola and Marbella. We hired a car (you can do this with Julie Capas, the owner) and every day explored our beautiful surroundings! The Capas family have a fantastic collection of leaflets and information about the surrounding areas!

When we arrived the housekeeper met us (extremely friendly and helpful!) and also popped back to make sure the garden was watered and pool ok midweek and was always on his mobile if we had any queries. This however was not required as everything we could possibly need for the week was at hand including our towels and linen, tableware etc and the house was spotlessly clean! There is a supermarket a short drive away where we stocked up on local foods and drink for the week! We barbecued every day and ate outside using the garden furniture provided! The pool is a brilliant size for a family and plenty of sunloungers and chairs with spots of sun and shade to suit everyone whilst being surrounded by the beautifully well kept garden! The villa was extremely spacious allowing to create the perfect holiday for everyone as it suited individual needs whether we wanted to be sharing times together or maybe have time out with just a book or your iPod! There are also three excellent sized bedrooms (the master is beautiful!) which suited us as we were a party of 2 couples and mum! The lounge was very welcoming with satellite TV and we all sat really comfortably when we weren't out for the evening,. It was great to relax with a few board games we took with us over a glass of Rioja wine!

It was the perfect home from home getaway and a well needed family get together!

Cancellation Charges

If you have to cancel your holiday before having paid the full amount (8 weeks beforehand), we will refund your deposit less an administration charge of €40 IF we are able to re-book the same week/s.

If you have paid in full, the cancellation charges are as follows:

4 - 8 weeks: 50% of rate refunded

2 - 4 weeks: 25% of rate refunded

less than 2 weeks: no refund

UNLESS we are able to re-book the villa any time up to the holiday, in which case we will refund your full payment plus deposit (less the administration charge of €40).
